Whilst treating at The Cleansing Space I began to notice a shift in the needs and range of symptoms that my colonic patients presented with. This led me to create the ‘Cleanse Rituals’ programme which is ideal for those who have previously experienced colonic hydrotherapy but would like a comprehensive treatment tailored to their individual needs.
It was a very natural progression, since my patient’s needs made me realise the importance of offering combined therapy sessions of a longer duration lasting up to 2 hours.
The benefits became apparent and the feedback from patients was of feeling cleansed, rejuvenated, deeply relaxed and ‘reconnected’ again. This state of being is a great point of reference for each person to understand how their body should feel when it is properly hydrated and fully relaxed.
A Cleanse Ritual session is unique to you, with each session tailored to your specific needs on the day, so there is no need to worry ahead of the session as to what is right for you. I can guide and advise you, based on observation and our consultation.
Your Cleanse Ritual session will include a colonic hydrotherapy treatment combined with a choice from a selection of other treatments such as full body massage, reflexology, body candling, reiki healing or kinesiology techniques. The order and combination of the treatments is flexible and this can be discussed on the day during our consultation but typically it will be a colonic treatment followed by body work or vice versa.
A Cleanse Ritual is two hours in duration and homecare advice will be given at the end of your session. Supplements can also be advised if required.
The frequency of having a Cleanse Ritual is entirely up to you. You may benefit from this when the season’s change, as a pre wedding preparation or as a quarterly cleanse and maintenance. Generally speaking, the treatment can be had regularly but you may be given advice and direction as to the recommended frequency, in accordance with your health and wellbeing.
All Cleanse Rituals include a one hour colonic treatment plus a choice of the following to create a uniquely beneficial treatment experience:
- Body massage
- Face, neck and back massage
- Bellabaci body cupping
- Body Candling: Ear and abdominal Hopi Ear Candling
- Abdominal Massage
- Kinesiology techniques
