The Cornish Reset™
The Cornish Reset™ 20th – 23rd of October 2025
Step away from the rush of daily life and immerse yourself in three restorative nights on the wild Cornish coast. The Cornish Reset™ retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the grounding rhythm of Lamorna’s rugged landscape. With space to breathe, nourishing food, and a nurturing environment, this retreat offers the chance to rest deeply, reflect, and reset. Whether you’re seeking mindful solitude or meaningful connection with like-minded souls, the Cornish Reset™ creates the conditions for both.
Rosemerryn House
Rosemerryn House
Our retreat sanctuary will be Rosemerryn House, a former artist’s residence tucked away in its own private woodland and gardens. We will be the sole occupants of this wonderful country home, with our own private and spacious additional studio for our gathering and workshops tucked away on-site, in the garden.
The house feels like stepping into a slower, more contemplative way of life, with plenty of room to gather as a group or to retreat into your own quiet corner. Rooms are available as Four doubles (two with en-suite) and an additional two twin single rooms. As The Cornish reset will be a maximum group size of 6, then each guest will have their own room. It will be on a first come first serve basis for doubles so book your space today. Bed linen and towels will be provided.
Living spaces: A cosy lounge with wood-burning stove, satellite and surround sound. A bright conservatory opens onto the lawn, perfect for morning tea, journaling, or shared meals in the fresh sea air. The Kitchen is a welcoming country style kitchen with an Aga and a Studio/games room: A versatile separate space with projector and cinema-style setup, a sound system, ideal for our group sessions.Outdoors, Rosemerryn invites exploration. Woodland paths lead to a mysterious ancient fogou and through the valley or onward to Lamorna Cove, where the Atlantic waves roll in beside a small café overlooking the harbour beach.
Rosemerry House is located in Lamorna, a short distance from Mousehole, Newlyn and Penzance. Collection from Penzance station can be arranged directly with me – we would be more than happy to pick you up.Here are some images of the magical rooms at Rosemerryn:
