This October, The Cleansing Space invites you to The Cornish Reset – a three-night immersive residential retreat set in the heart of Lamorna, Cornwall, at the historic and atmospheric Rosemerryn House.
From October 20th to 23rd, under the energy of the New Moon, you’ll be guided through a transformative journey of rest, reconnection, and renewal. This is a unique opportunity to realign your body, mind, and spirit on sacred Cornish land surrounded by nature, history, and the wild Atlantic coast.
What Awaits You:
Over the course of three nourishing days, you’ll be supported and held in a small, intimate group of just six participants. Your time will include:
✨ Locally sourced, nourishing meals prepared with love to restore and energise you.
✨ Daily meditation, journaling, and breathwork practices to deepen your connection within.
✨ An introduction to wild swimming at Lamorna Cove, guided by a local Cornish swimming expert.
✨ Restorative bodywork treatments to release tension and restore balance.
✨ A wilderness walk to the ancient Merry Maidens Stone Circle, connecting you to Cornwall’s sacred landscape
All of this takes place on the beautiful grounds of Rosemerryn House, a place steeped in history and natural beauty – the perfect setting for deep rest and reflection. We will also visit the Fogou, on the grounds of this magical house.

The retreat coincides with the New Moon on October 21st, a potent time for planting seeds of intention. As the moon begins its new cycle, so too can you. This is your moment to pause, reset, and create space for fresh beginnings and personal shifts that will ripple through the year ahead.
